My name is Craig Lansing and I am a Professional Club Soccer Coach.  The first question most of you would ask is what team do you coach?  Where did you play? Or maybe what is your background/education?

What team do you coach?  I coach the Integrity Soccer Club 2005 Heat and 2005 Flames.  What you have never heard of us and you don't own their gear?

Where did you play?  I played at the YMCA for 2 seasons until i lost interest in soccer.  I did not play in High School or College.

What is my soccer education?  I don't have a college sports degree.  I do have a ever growing list of US Soccer and NSCAA certifications.  More importantly I work every day to read more, I research so much information (just like this) online, I listen to Podcast weekly and I evaluate many of our teams and coaches.

I decided to start this blog with the premise that there are a lot of youth coaches that want to be better both in training, in being a team manager and more importantly being a role model.  When I say I am a Professional Soccer Coach I am not saying I coach a MLS team but moreover I am a student of the game who spends many hours each week in working to be better.  If we work together.......
