I did not start this site with the intention of saying "I know everything, listen to everything I say and treat it as truth." My intention is much the opposite of this, as I am looking for how I CAN DO BETTER and how YOU CAN DO BETTER. If we are willing to listening to someone else's viewpoint we can take information from it to add to our coaching knowledge or give additional resources to improve coaches training sessions and team management. If you can add more to the conversation others can learn from your experiences and vision. I also appreciate those that disagree with my statements or viewpoints as you are making me either support my information or accept some additional input as a new way to view the topic. While we all improve our coaching toolbox, expand our knowledge and become one step closer to Professional Coaches. Next week I will blog about the term Professional Coaches.
